Coach Megan has been with CSC since our very first season. She has spent the past 4 seasons at Cub Run working with the senior group, helping our 12 & unders and running our Middle School group. Open to current CSC Athletes and back by popular demand, CSC is pleased to continue specialized dryland and weight training for our athletes. This training allows our CSC athletes to increase strength and conditioning. Coach Russ will lead this specialized training at our Manassas Park facility.
