CSC offers athletes and families a team environment focusing on fundamentals, stroke technique, fast swimming and fun.  We are a local team, practicing at a convenient location with flexible practice times that fit busy Northern Virginia families' schedules.  Founded in 2021 by Coach Russ Ramey, CSC is a member of PVS and USA Swimming. CSC practices at Cub Run RECenter in Chantilly,  VA, George Mason Aquatic Center in Fairfax, VA and the Manassas Park Community Center in Manassas, VA. 

Our leadership is immersed in the local swim community.  Coach Tammy and Coach Megan both bring a wealth of knowledge and were former Riptide Coaches.  Coach Patrick and Coach Thalia are former collegiate swimmers and swam locally both for NVSL and their high school teams.

Coach Russ is the former Head Coach for Westfield High School Swim and Dive, located in Chantilly, VA. Coach Russ was a member of the Riptide Coaching Staff for several years.  He served as the Head Coach for the Virginia Run Riptide Winter Developmental Program for over five years and served as Team Rep for the Virginia Run swim team which is a community based summer team participating in the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL).  The NVSL is the largest summer swim league in the country with 17 divisions.
