Session 1 11-12 and 10&U COMBINED: Warm-up 8:15-8:40 am, Start 8:45 am

Session 2 13&O : Warm-up 12:00-12:25 pm, Start 12:30 pm

Approximate End Time: 2:00 pm

SUNDAY

Session 3 11-12 and 10&U COMBINED: Warm-up 8:15-8:40 am, Start 8:45 am

Session 4 13&O: Warm-up 12:20-12:45 pm, Start 12:50 pm

Parking Registration Instructions

FACILITY INFORMATION

GMU has reminded us:

Swimmers will enter through the swimmer entrance, located next to parking Lot C. They may either exit at the same place, or exit through the upstairs lobby.
Parent Volunteers will check in at the swimmer entrance, and will wear a safety vest to show that they are volunteering.
Parents who are not volunteering are not allowed to come downstairs and are not allowed on the pool deck at any time during the meet.
Athletes cannot eat on deck. Instead, they can use the classroom off the back pool to go eat.
NO GLASS containers on deck.
No personal chairs on deck.
Coaches and Swimmers should not sit in taped off areas in front of doors and guard stands.
Absolutely no horseplay in the locker rooms.
Anyone caught destroying GMU property will be expelled from the meet and be responsible for any damages as well as not being allowed back in the meet next year.
