Coach Russ and Coach Patrick are so excited to announce that we have additional training days for Group 6 at GMU - training now available on Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.! Group 6 trains Monday - Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. To add days please contact Coach Russ. [email protected]

We were so happy to be at Virginia Run this weeked to celebrate one of our CSC Seniors! Chris will be heading to the US Naval Academy and had his last summer meet this past weekend! Good luck and congratulations to Chris! We are so proud! #GOCSC
Just a reminder, starting Tuesday June 17th practice is 6:00 am - 7:30 am for our older group and 6:30 am - 7:30 am for our younger group. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Coach Grace and I went to Kings Ridge, Fairfax Station and Little Rocky Run while Coach Patrick & Coach Thalia were at Sully Station and Virginia Run this past Saturday. It was a a lot of fun watching our swimmers at Time Trials. We will try to get out to as many pools as possible this summer to cheer on our CSC swimmers.
