Open to current CSC Athletes and back by popular demand, CSC is pleased to continue specialized dryland and weight training for our athletes. This training allows our CSC athletes to increase strength and conditioning. Coach Russ will lead this specialized training at our Manassas Park facility. Just a reminder that Fairfax County High School practice starts Monday November 11th. During the high school season our Middle School practice is bumped up a half hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, Friday we still have practice at 3:00. Starting next Monday, November 11th practice will be 2:30 - 3:30, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Friday remains 3:00 - 4:00. Please let me know if you have any questions. Coach Russ
