Congratulations to everyone that participated in the Foxes Loughmiller Invitational this past weekend. Thank you to our fantastic coaches and our parent volunteers.
We had 81 swimmers competing in 259 different events. Those swimmers achieved 172 Personal Bests.

Our next meet is the November Open registration deadline is Thursday October 31st.
Our December meet is the MAKO Holiday Invitational December 13-15th and the registration deadline is November 23rd.
Reminder no practice 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Thursday October 31 at either Manassas Park or GMU.
Weight training on Thursday October 31st will be 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
We have regular practice times on Friday November 1st, Sunday November 3rd, Monday November 4th and Tuesday November 5th.
