Hope everyone had a good week of practice. Please provide me with your feedback.
GOALS - Need goals from all of our swimmers. Goals should include short, medium and long term goals. Goals can be emailed to [email protected] and to their coach.

Sunday September 28th there is a meet at GMU our Sunday GMU 3-4 pm practice will be held at Manassas Park 3-4 pm - 99 Adams Street - Manassas Park VA
Please join us for bowling at Lucky Strike in Centreville to kick off the season! All CSC athletes are welcome. RSVPs are due in 1 week on Monday, September 29. If you haven't already sent in your payment, please do so.
Who can come?
All CSC swimmers are invited! Parents are welcome to attend and meet other parents, talk with our coaches, and ask any questions.
When?
Saturday, October 4 at 12pm-2pm
Where?
Lucky Strike Centreville. 13814 Lee Hwy. Centrevillle, VA 20120
What's included?
Unlimited bowling from 12pm-2pm, shoe rental, $10 arcade card, and food (come hungry!)
Cost
This event will be $20 per swimmer. Please send your payment to Coach Patrick or give your child's payment to their coach. Venmo, zelle, check, or cash are all welcome. Please provide your swimmer's name in the memo line.
