Reminders for Saturday September 13th

Meet the Coaches - Tomorrow - Sunday September 14th - Cub Run - 4630 Stonecroft Blvd - Chantilly VA - 12:00 - 2:00.

Opportunity to meet the coaches, pick up team shirt, team cap, GMU bag tags.

Jim Miller our head of officials will be on-site to answer any questions for anyone that is interested in volunteering for the upcoming season.

Reminder to our GMU families we will not be passing out Parking Passes, parking passes need to be ordered in advance, online. Each GMU family is allowed 1 pass. Additional family passes are an additional cost. Passes are only required for practice and are not needed for Swim Meets at GMU,

Manassas Park - started this past week, fantastic 1st week of practice.

GMU - Practice starts Monday September 15th.

Cub Run - Practice starts Monday September 15th.

Registration for our 1st meet CLOSES Monday September 15th. Please get your registration in asap.

Registration for Weight Training is OPEN, we start Tuesday September 23rd. Please get your registration in asap.

Our Team Event is Saturday October 4th, BOWLING. Please send registration to Coach Patrick.
