25-26 Season Info From Coach Russ
Welcome to CSC!
The 2025 – 2026 season will be our 5th season and we couldn’t be more excited to get started.
We are in the final weeks of summer, some of our kids will be back in school next week and in 4 short weeks CSC practices start (Sept 15th).
Thank you to all of our returning CSC families, our retention percentage has out preformed all previous years.
Welcome to all of our new swimmers, we have over 97 new swimmers and 75 new families. I also know that many of those families would not have registered without the referrals from our returning families so thank you.
Coaches returning from the 24-25 season will be Coach Tammy, Coach Patrick, Coach Thalia, Coach Laura, Coach Jett and Coach Anthony.
We are also welcoming 3 new coaches this year, Coach Logan, Coach David & Coach Erin. We are very lucky to have such a large, well rounded group of coaches, thank you coaches.
USA Swimming registration will open Sept 1. On Sept 1, I will send a link out to all families to register with USA Swimming.
Team store will open in the next few weeks.
Our 'Meet the Coaches' date is Sunday September 14th, 12:00 – 2:00 pm at Cub Run Rec Center. You can meet coaches, ask questions and pick up your registration packet. With registration every swimmer receives a Team Shirt, Team Cap, Team Magnet, GMU parking pass and GMU entrance card.
We will also be continuing our Weight Training sessions. Weight training will be held at Manassas Park, Tuesday & Thursday, 4:00 – 5:00 pm. This will be a separate registration and is open to 12 & over swimmers.

Please note I've included the Championship meets. These meets have qualifying times, once qualifying times have been posted I will share. You can also check the Potomac Valley Swimming website. The balance of the meets do not have qualifying times and everyone is welcome. I've also included our Summer Long Course meets for those that join for our summer session (separate registration).
