March 5 Update from Coach Russ: End of the Season Info, Summer Training Registration Open, Registration open for Pirate Pacer (final meet of the season)

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Just heard for GMU and they are switching their pool to long course at the beginning of May, they've also provided additional 'No Swim' dates.

Sunday March 23rd we will be at Manassas Park.

Our last day of practice at GMU will be Wednesday April 30th. After April 30th, GMU swimmers may attend any Manassas Park or Cub Run practice as it fits your schedule.

Sunday April 27th we will be at Manassas Park.

Sunday May 4th we will be at Manassas Park.

Last practice at Manassas Park & Cub Run Friday May 9th.

Summer Training Program starts Tuesday May 20th, registration is open but filling up fast. 

Registration for the Foxes Pirate Pacer is open.

This weekend is Junior/Senior Champs, next weekend is Age Group Champs. Good Luck to all of our CSC swimmers.
