Week #22 Email from Coach Russ

Practice today Sunday, February 2nd will be at GMU, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Next weekend we have the February Qualifier at GMU. Sunday, February 8th our 3:00 pm -4:00 pm practice will be at Manassas Park.

With high school season almost complete our Middle School practice at Cub Run will return to 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm starting tomorrow, Monday, February 3rd.

Congratulations to all of our CSC swimmers that participated in the Concorde, National, Patriot and Liberty High School District meets. All of our swimmers achieved Personal Bests, many qualified for finals on Saturday and several achieved Championship Time Cuts.

Once the meet results have been uploaded to the PVS website I'll be able to upload into our system. As of right now none of the Districts have uploaded meet results. Congratulations again to all of our swimmers. Can't wait for our qualifier this weekend. Have a good week.
