Week #5 Email from Coach Russ - Meet Entries due Sunday 10/13/24 for FOXES Meet October 26-27

Hope everyone had a good week. We have a meet this weekend, the October Open, looking forward to some fast swimming.

Sunday October 13th we will have practice 3:00 - 4:00 pm at Manassas Park, 99 Adams Street, Manassas Park VA.

We will be providing 2 final opportunities to pick up Spirit Wear:

Friday October 11th at Cub Run 3:45 - 4:15 pm

Sunday October 13th at Manassas Park 3:00 - 4:00 pm.

Meet Entries are due by Sunday October 13th for the Foxes Meet October 26th & 27th.

The last update I received from George Mason had their re-opening on Monday October 14th. I have not received another update so I'm assuming they are on schedule and we will be back at George Mason starting Monday October 14th.
